2. Description of Service
Vikki Sky offers digital products related to faceless social media content creation, including the free Faceless Page Playbook and the Faceless Fast-Track System. The platform DailyDrop is operated separately at daily-drop.app and is subject to its own terms of service.
3. Products and Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically after purchase or registration. The free Playbook is made available upon providing an email address. Paid products are processed via Stan Store, which acts as the merchant of record for transactions.
4. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. For digital content (non-physical digital products), the right of withdrawal expires upon commencement of the download or delivery if the user has expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right prior to purchase.
5. Usage Rights
Upon purchase, users receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased digital content for their own purposes. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of the content in any form is not permitted.
